We have considerable experience of valuations and negotiations under the Leasehold Reform Acts, both for lease extensions and enfranchisements of freeholds and also provide a service of Independent Experts and Arbitrators to settle disputes or provide Independent Expert Witness reports for the Courts under the C.P.R. Rules.

Each instruction received is dealt with by a dedicated team of Chartered Surveyors specialising in various property matters.  Advice is provided and set out clearly within accurate and detailed reports.
