If you have initially made your complaint verbally - whether face-to-face or on the telephone - you will be requested to make the complaint in writing addressed to the appropriate person as above. This is to ensure we fully understand exactly what your complaint is and have a written record of it.

Once we have received your written complaint, we will contact you by letter within seven working days. At this stage we will give you our understanding of your case and invite you to make any further comments that you may have in relation to this.

Within a further fourteen working days, the person dealing with your complaint will write to inform you of the outcome of the internal investigation into your complaint and to let you know what actions have been or will be taken.

We will endeavour to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction but if you remain dissatisfied with any aspect of our handling of your complaint and the matter cannot be resolved by further discussion, it may then be referred to an independent third party as under:
