HMO/selective/regulated/257: Local authority charges plus £ 300.00 admin fee
Licensing/HMO visits (additional property visits over and above the one per year included in management agreement): £200.00 per visit (x3)
Site Visits at clients request: £150.00 per hour
Site Visit (out of hours at clients request): £250.00 per hour
Additional Right to Rent checks: £50.00 per tenant
Application to the Local Authority for a scaffold licence: £120.00 administration fee plus LA costs
Paper copy of statement/duplicate each documents posted: £25.00 each
Insurance placing admin fee (if no consent to retain commissions): 5% of premium
Making payment outside the UK: £25.00
Making a same day payment in the UK: £25.00
Land Registry searches: £15.00 each
Lease from Land Registry: £25.00 each
Transferring to another agent. Paperwork and funds transfer: £300.00
Change of ownership set up: £100.00 per property
