Rental Terms

Holding Fee:
Capped at one week's rent and refundable if successful

Deposit:
Equivalent to 5 weeks' rent.
The deposit is registered and protected with TDS, a Government authorised body.

Contract release fee on Joint and Several tenancy when in contract: £50 inclusive
(only if agreed by the Landlord)

Agreement fee when a tenant is added or removed from a tenancy: £50 inclusive

Landlord Fees

We will be pleased to discuss our terms of business and services/fees.

Letting Service: 8% (+ VAT) of annual rent achieved

Full Management: 10% (+ VAT) of annual rent achieved (plus initial Letting Fee)

Additional Fees:

  • Rent Reviews: £75 + VAT
  • Deposit Registration: £25 + VAT

Inventory and Schedule of Condition Fee:

  • Studio/One Bedroom: £150 + VAT
  • Two Bedroom: £200 + VAT
  • Three Bedroom: £225 + VAT
  • Four Bedroom +: £250 + VAT

Refurbishment Contract Administration: 10-15% (+ VAT) of cost of works (to be agreed). Price dependent upon the nature of the works

Court Attendance: £300.00 + VAT per day or part thereof

Obtaining Gas Safety Certificates: £75 + VAT

Obtaining Energy Performance Certificate: £100 + VAT

Obtaining Floor Plans: £100 + VAT

Obtaining Electrical and Fire Risk Checks: £25.00 + VAT

Providing Portable Appliance Testing Checks: £50 + VAT

To remit and balance the financial submissions to HMRC in respect of non UK resident landlords: £00 + VAT per quarter
