Our Chartered Building Surveyors can assist with preparing a Specification of Works which will be completely bespoke to your property and project. We will obtain competitive tenders and will then undertake a full Tender Analysis and report back to you with our recommendations.
We will undertake regular site visits throughout the project and will release funds to the contractors with Interim Certificates taking the stress off your hands. We will also be in regular communication letting you make the important decisions but knowing you are been advised by a Chartered Building Surveyor every step of the way.
We have a team of Chartered Building Surveyors which ensures that you will continuously have someone to manage your project, as we understand that projects do not allow for annual leave or sickness. We pride ourselves on this continuous communication and have seen many projects through to a successful completion.
